Weekend Viewing Assistant

WhiteKnights is looking for an enthusiastic, highly motivated, and dependable individual who can work on their own initiative. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves meeting people and has a genuine interest in property.

The successful applicant will be part of our team of local property experts, conducting viewings for property sales in the Reading area. This is a part-time role for regular Saturdays from 9am to 4pm.

Key Responsibilities of a Sales Viewing Assistant:

  • Providing support to the sales team

  • Co-ordinating appointments

  • Liaising with clients and applicants

  • Handling feedback from viewings

  • Carrying out property viewings in a friendly, professional manner

  • Assisting with elements of administration and legal documentation

Skills Required to be a successful Sales Viewing Assistant:

  • Positive, determined, and enthusiastic attitude

  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

  • Well-presented with a great telephone manner

  • Willingness to learn and a “can-do” approach

  • Full UK driver’s licence and own car (with business-use insurance)

  • Confident with IT and quick to learn new software
