First Contact Team Member

WhiteKnights are seeking a new member of our first contact team, someone who loves to be on the front line as the first point of contact for many new clients.  

This is an incredibly important position within the company as first impressions count for a lot.  The successful applicant must have excellent listening and communication skills and the ability to work in a very busy, fast-paced environment.  

This is a full-time position Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm and 1 in every 3 Saturdays, 9am to 4pm.  Immediate start.  Office-based but some flexible working is available for this role.  Competitive basic salary plus commission.

Skills Required to be a successful First Contact team member:

  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Polite and friendly disposition
  • Great at listening, understanding, and communicating
  • Confident in making outbound calls to past, current, and potential clients
  • A positive, determined, and enthusiastic attitude
  • No experience is required as full training will be provided

Weekend Viewing Assistant

WhiteKnights are looking for an enthusiastic, highly motivated, and dependable candidate who can work on their own initiative. This is an exciting opportunity for a candidate who loves meeting people and has a genuine interest in property.

The successful applicant will be working with our team of local property experts, conducting viewings for both sales & lettings in the Reading area. Part-time on alternate Saturdays 9am to 4pm.

Key Responsibilities of a Sales and Lettings Viewing Assistant:

  • Providing support to the sales and lettings team
  • Co-ordination of appointments
  • Liaising with our clients and applicants
  • Handling feedback on viewings
  • Carrying out property viewings in a friendly, professional manner
  • Elements of administration and legal documentation

Skills Required to be a successful Sales and Lettings Viewing Assistant:

  • A positive, determined and enthusiastic attitude
  • Strong communicator both written and verbally
  • Be well presented
  • Have a great telephone manner
  • Be willing to learn and have a “can-do” attitude
  • Hold a full UK driver's licence and own car (with business insurance)
  • Have good computer skills and easily pick up IT software
